Mr. Casanova follows in the footsteps of a Family
Tradition and the third generation of real estate practitioners. He
received his real estate sales license from the Texas Real Estate Commission in
1960 at the age of nineteen and has devoted his life to the real estate business
as his main source of income.  
In the 48 years spent in the real estate business has given him the
opportunity to have a wide range of experience in residential, land, ranches,
farms, investments, commercial, real estate counseling and international real estate.. 
His experience and knowledge has been enhances by the numerous courses and 
classes taken from various colleges, universities, institutes, and counsels as
evident by his  designations and accomplishments. 
He has had the opportunity and experience in working as a real estate
salesperson for independent real estate offices, both large and small. Has been
an independent contractor in real estate for 100% franchise offices. Has
been the President, General Manager and Partner in 100% national Franchise offices.
